Before making any changes to your shopping cart "be sure" to always create and download a safety backup copy of your shopping carts MYSQL database. (Instructions below).
This way, if you end up accidentally breaking the functionality of your cart (it can and may happen) you can simply restore your cart to its original working form in a matter of a few minutes.
HOW TO MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR CART MYSQL DATABASE AND DOWNLOAD IT TO YOUR COMPUTER:
1) Log into your cPanel account. Your cPanel log in credentials can be found in the "Welcome" email we sent you when we created your new account.

2) Once logged in, under the heading named "FILES" click on the link titled "Backup Wizard". When the next page loads click on the 'blue' colored button named "Back Up". (NOTE, if you ever need to restore your database, you will do it form this page also).
After clicking on the blue "Back Up" button on the next page that loads click on the button that reads "MySQL Databases".
On the next page that loads see the listing of your database. It is a hot link showing the name of you database. Click on it to initiate your download.
Finally choose your file destination and save it to your computer. Keep it in a safe place should you need to use it to restore it should you accidentally cause a malfunction to your cart.
It might be a good idea to save a copy of this announcement to your computer for future reference.
